Personality traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention among vocational students

<span lang="EN-US">Entrepreneurship in technical and vocational education is a current relevant topic. While the role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) personality traits as determinants intention (EI) has been extensively studied, ESE students’ EI still poorly understood. Thus, this study employed big five to explore among college students. This study’s survey had sample size 162 training (TVET) students, enrolled technology automotive, welding, refrigeration air conditioning programs. Data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation Multiple Linear Regression. The results indicate that apart from neuroticism, openness experience, conscientiousness, agreeableness, extraversion positively associated with EI. also confirm predictor Going forward, article intends contribute better understanding influence EI, well provide some important insights into unique aspects TVETs empower youth actively participate micro-entrepreneurial initiatives. encourages academics policymakers reconsider approach used entrepreneurship setup.</span>
