Personality traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention among vocational students

<span lang="EN-US">Entrepreneurship in technical and vocational education is a current relevant topic. While the role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) personality traits as determinants intention (EI) has been extensively studied, ESE students’ EI still poorly understood. Thus, this study employed big five to explore among college students. This study’s survey had sample size 162 training (TVET) students, enrolled technology automotive, welding, refrigeration air conditioning programs. Data were analyzed using Pearson Correlation Multiple Linear Regression.
